Access via steps from allocated off road parking area. Cottage all on one level except for one step from porch to living room.
Unfortunately no pets and no smoking on premises.

Outside:
Attractive outside spaces in a rural setting. Sandstone patio with patio furniture. Picnic table overlooking the meadow. Two acres of wild flower meadow, which can be explored, for native birds and wildlife, via mowed paths.
Wild cherry, plum and apple trees, the fruit of which you can help yourself to.
Mature oak, ash, cherry and sycamore trees border the fields along with a variety of hedgerow trees, flowers and shrubs depending upon season.
Allocated off road car parking close to cottage.
Location:
We are ideally situated on the B4271, in the heart of Gower, with easy access to the coast and other nearby attractions. Direct access to Gower Way footpath just outside the cottage and walking link to Gower Coastal Path approx. 20 minutes. Award winning beaches, such as Oxwich and Llangennith Surfing beach are, approximately 12 minutes by car. Rhossili and Three Cliffs beaches under 20 minutes. The village of Mumbles, Swansea City and Marina are under 25 minutes. Gower Golf Club is approximately 13 minutes.
Local Amenities:
Shop and petrol station with ATM approximately 2 minutes by car. Shopping precinct with a range of shops, including supermarkets, approx. 13 minutes by car.
Three local pubs, two of which serve excellent food throughout the day, all within approx. 5 minutes by car.
Across the road is a request stop for local buses into Swansea and other locations within Gower.
